Date, Room, RECEIPT N. and Operator are required. Remarks can be edited after the sale.
Add vouchers to inventory
Excel or CSV: first row contains headers. A = price in EUR, B = voucher code, C = duration. Further columns are ignored. Existing stock is retained.
Current stock
Delete sold or unsold vouchers from the active inventory. Deleted vouchers cannot be sold again.

Hotels
Add a hotel, then select it in Manage hotel to load its vouchers and assign reception accounts. Each hotel has separate inventory and sales.
Reception accounts
Assign each account to one hotel, set a new password or disable access. Only enabled accounts can see or sell zero-price FREE vouchers. Updating an account signs out its existing sessions.
